Estos Términos y Condiciones ("Términos") regulan el uso de la aplicación La Primera Nota Podcast TV (la "App") y del canal en línea disponible en laprimeranotapodcast.com (el "Servicio"), operados por La Primera Nota Podcast (en adelante, "nosotros"). Al instalar o usar la App aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
1. Qué es el Servicio
La App reproduce la programación del canal La Primera Nota Podcast TV: episodios del podcast, la competencia Star Note, contenido de continuidad, pautas publicitarias y, cuando corresponda, transmisiones en vivo. La programación es continua y sincronizada: todos los usuarios ven el mismo contenido al mismo tiempo, por lo que la App no permite pausar, adelantar ni retroceder, igual que un canal de televisión.
2. Uso permitido
Te concedemos una licencia personal, limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App con fines de entretenimiento personal y no comercial. No puedes: (a) copiar, grabar, descargar, redistribuir o retransmitir el contenido; (b) usar la App para exhibición pública con fines comerciales sin autorización escrita; (c) descompilar, modificar o interferir con el funcionamiento de la App o del Servicio; (d) eludir medidas técnicas de protección.
3. Propiedad intelectual
El contenido del canal (videos, audio, marcas, logotipos, diseño, textos) es propiedad de La Primera Nota Podcast o de sus licenciantes y está protegido por las leyes de propiedad intelectual de Colombia y tratados internacionales. "La Primera Nota Podcast" es una marca registrada. Las marcas de los patrocinadores pertenecen a sus respectivos titulares.
4. Contenido de terceros y transmisiones en vivo
Las transmisiones en vivo pueden reproducirse a través de YouTube; su reproducción está sujeta a los términos de YouTube/Google. No somos responsables por la disponibilidad o el contenido de servicios de terceros. Las pautas publicitarias son responsabilidad de cada anunciante.
5. Disponibilidad
El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad". Podemos modificar la programación, interrumpir el Servicio por mantenimiento o fallas, o descontinuar la App en cualquier momento, sin que ello genere derecho a indemnización. El uso de la App consume datos de tu plan de internet.
6. Edad
La App está dirigida a público general. Si eres menor de edad, debes usar la App bajo supervisión de tu padre, madre o tutor.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables por daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuenciales derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de uso de la App, ni por el contenido de terceros o de anunciantes.
8. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. La versión vigente estará siempre disponible en laprimeranotapodcast.com/terminos.html con su fecha de actualización. El uso continuado de la App después de un cambio implica su aceptación.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the La Primera Nota Podcast TV application (the "App") and the online channel available at laprimeranotapodcast.com (the "Service"), operated by La Primera Nota Podcast ("we"). By installing or using the App you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What the Service is
The App plays the La Primera Nota Podcast TV channel schedule: podcast episodes, the Star Note competition, continuity content, advertising and, when applicable, live broadcasts. Programming is continuous and synchronized: every user sees the same content at the same time, so the App does not allow pausing, seeking forward or backward, just like a television channel.
2. Permitted use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not: (a) copy, record, download, redistribute or rebroadcast the content; (b) use the App for commercial public exhibition without written permission; (c) decompile, modify or interfere with the App or the Service; (d) circumvent technical protection measures.
3. Intellectual property
The channel's content (video, audio, trademarks, logos, design, text) belongs to La Primera Nota Podcast or its licensors and is protected by Colombian intellectual property law and international treaties. "La Primera Nota Podcast" is a registered trademark. Sponsor trademarks belong to their respective owners.
4. Third-party content and live broadcasts
Live broadcasts may be played through YouTube and are subject to YouTube/Google terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services. Advertising is the responsibility of each advertiser.
5. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change the schedule, interrupt the Service for maintenance or failures, or discontinue the App at any time without liability. Using the App consumes data from your internet plan.
6. Age
The App is intended for a general audience. Minors should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, nor for third-party or advertiser content.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at laprimeranotapodcast.com/terminos.html with its update date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
